State-Regulated Notary Fees
Acknowledgment or Jurat $10 : Per Notary Public Signature
Copy Certification $10 : Per Page Certified
Oath or Affirmation $10 : Per Notarial Act
*In person / Mobile Notarization*
Travel Fee: In addition to the notarial fee, a separate travel fee will be applied. The travel fee is calculated based on the current state mileage rate (currently 67 cents per mile, as of January 2025) and round-trip distance. We will calculate the round-trip mileage from our office to your location and provide you with a clear quote for the total travel fee, separate from the notarial fee, before your appointment is confirmed.
*Remote Online Notarization*
State-Regulated Notary Fee: $10 per notarial act.
Convenience and Technology Fee: A separate fee per session is collected by the platform to cover the cost of the secure audio-video technology, enhanced identity verification, and convenience of remote notarization.
