*In person / Mobile Notarization*

• Travel Fee: In addition to the notarial fee, a separate travel fee will be applied. The travel fee is calculated based on the current state mileage rate (currently $0.67 cents per mile, as of January 2026)  and round-trip distance. We will calculate the round-trip mileage from our office to your location and provide you with a clear quote for the total travel fee, separate from the notarial fee, before your appointment is confirmed. 

*Remote Online Notarization*

• State-Regulated Notary Fee: $10 per notarial act.

• Convenience and Technology Fee: A separate fee per session is collected by the platform to cover the cost of the secure audio-video technology, enhanced identity verification, and convenience of remote notarization.

Other Services

Appointment Type:

• After Hours (6pm - 8pm) : $25

• Same-Day Appointment : $25

• Rush / Emergency (Within 2-4 Hours) : $40

• Weekend / Holiday Appointment : $25 

Additional Fees:

• Wait time (minutes) : $1/per minute, after 15 min

• Cancelation with < 2 Hours Notice : $25

• No Show / Locked Out Appointment : Full Travel/Service Fee 

Printing & Scanning:

• Printing Pages (General Notary) : (Up to 20 pages)-$10 

                                                             (21-50 pages)-$20 

                                                             (51-100 pages)-$35

• Extra Pages (over 100):  $0.50 / per page

• Document Scanning : $15
